School Sports Coordinators The School Sports Co-ordinator Scheme is part of the Government's plan to provide more and better physical education (PE) and sporting opportunities for young people. It aims to improve sporting opportunities within schools, to develop after school sports and interschool competitions, as well as to improve links with local clubs. It also tries to identify and involve adults other than teachers as coaches, leaders and officials.
Our schools belong to the Loughborough partnership and we have 2 School Sports Co-ordinators: Carol Moralee [at Humphrey Perkins] and Jamie Johnson [at Rawlins]. Full details of the local programme can be obtained from Carol or Jamie.
